Terms of Service

Welcome to RangeReport™ (“RangeReport,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a golf analytics platform operated by BRA Properties LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

RangeReport provides golf performance analytics by importing data from Trackman Golf via a browser extension, processing it with AI-powered analysis, and presenting insights through web-based dashboards. The service includes club analysis, scoring breakdowns, strokes gained calculations, AI coaching insights, practice plans, and shareable report cards.

2. Intellectual Property

The RangeReport™ name, logo, website, application code, browser extension, AI models, algorithms, analytics methodologies, user interface designs, and all associated documentation are the exclusive property of BRA Properties LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the RangeReport platform, its source code, or its proprietary technology. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the service without our prior written consent.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of your golf performance data imported into RangeReport. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, analyze, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You may export your data at any time via the CSV export features. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., aggregated, anonymized analytics).

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use RangeReport. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

5. Browser Extension

The RangeReport Chrome extension captures authentication tokens from your Trackman Golf session to enable data synchronization. These tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and are used solely to access your Trackman data on your behalf. By installing the extension, you authorize RangeReport to access your Trackman account data for the purpose of providing analytics services. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the extension and disconnecting your token in the dashboard settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its output
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to develop a competing product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or trademarks

7. AI Coaching Disclaimer

RangeReport's AI-generated coaching insights, practice plans, pattern alerts, and fitting recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional golf instruction, medical advice, or equipment fitting services. Always consult a qualified golf professional or certified club fitter before making significant changes to your technique or equipment. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated recommendations.

8. Third-Party Services

RangeReport integrates with third-party services including Trackman Golf (data source), Clerk (authentication), and AI model providers (coaching analysis). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. RangeReport is not affiliated with or endorsed by Trackman Golf or any of its parent entities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with Section 3.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRACEY CONSULTING LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRA Properties LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
